Fresh Fruit Baby Food

What you need:
*1 fresh California peach, washed, peeled, halved and pitted

*For nectarine or plum baby food, substitute one fresh California nectarine or 3 fresh California plums and follow the same directions.
What to do:
1. Place prepared peach halves in the steamer basket in a pot filled with a small amount of lightly boiling water.
2. Cover tightly and steam for 2 to 4 min. (Microwave directions: Place prepared peach halves in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1/4 c. water and cover with plastic wrap. Microwave on high for 2 min.)
3. Place peach halves in a blender or food processor and blend on high until smooth.
4. Make sure to cool to room temperature before feeding.
